Residences launched as part of Bãi San Hô

Living where others spend their vacations: Zannier Hotels launches its residence programme within Zannier Hotels Bãi San Hô. An invitation to settle down on an untouched stretch of Central Vietnam's coast in Phu Yen, and benefit from Zannier Hotels services while enjoying the privacy and comfort of a luxury villa.

With the recent opening of Zannier Hotels Bãi San Hô in December 2020, private villas are now available for sale from for the first time in the history of the (still young) hospitality group. The parc of 45 scheduled Vietnamese-style residences is located - like the resort - in the heart of a protected 98 hectare area in the Vietnamese province of Phu Yen. They are overlooking the one kilometer long white private beach. Surrounded by jungle-covered hills, tropical nature and rice paddy fields, far away from the usual tourist paths, Bãi San Hô is a paradise on earth, marking the fifth opening of the group.

A peaceful & protected sanctuary

With a size of 304 to 410 square meters of living space, the new villas of Zannier Hotels Bãi San Hô create generously proportioned private domiciles on two floors, which at the same time offer all the amenities of a five-star hotel. All the villas for sale are facing the sea and at the same time offer a view of the unspoiled nature and surrounding rice fields, the coral bay and the neighboring fishing village with its colorful boats. Spread over two floors, the private villas offer three to four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, an open plan kitchen, large living and dining area and a room for staff. Thanks to the spacious outdoor areas, the private domiciles also offer special spots for unique sunrises. Each villa has a loggia, various terraces and decks, and a private infinity plunge pool facing the sea on a total area of 110 to 120 square meters, which allows you to observe impressive color plays in the morning.

Like the hotel villas, the refuges for sale are built in the typical style of the region and are modelled on the traditional houses of the Cham, the descendants of the once important Kingdom of Champa, and Ede, an ethnic group of Central Vietnam. In the construction of the villas, as with the other houses in the group, great emphasis was placed on sustainability and local materials. For visionary Arnaud Zannier, the primary goal is to leave as little ecological footprint as possible and to protect and value the surrounding nature and local heritage.

In order to bring the region's lifestyle to life inside the villas, hand-woven rattan furniture, local antiques and typical Vietnamese silk paintings and paintings decorate the individual rooms, accompanied by a sophisticated color concept based on the culture and nature of Phu Yen, making the stay in the villa a stylish and relaxed time out.

A CULTURAL APPROACH TO DESIGN

A HOUSE APART FROM EVERYDAY LIFE

From restaurant visits in the resort's three food spots to spa treatments in the Hoa Sen Spa, yoga sessions, a round of tennis on the resort's own court or water sports activities: owners of Bãi San Hô's private villas have unlimited access to all the resort's services. In contrast to hotel guests, owners who find their new home on the east coast of Vietnam are allowed to enjoy the view of the natural paradise in their own homes for an unlimited period of time and do not have to pack suitcases for the flight home.
