Terms & Conditions
• National ID or proof of local residence must be provided at the booking stage. Expat guests are required to present a passport upon arrival at the resort and a temporary residence card at booking time.
• Room changes during the stay are not permitted.
• Any upgrade to a higher room category during the stay will be charged at the regular BAR rate.
• Valid only for new bookings from the date of issue of this offer (11/12/2024).
• Activities as per the resort’s schedule are subject to availability and subject to change without prior notice. Booking is required.
• This offer is not combinable with any other offer.
• This offer is applicable for FIT bookings up to 6 villas only. For bookings from 7 villas and above, please contact the sales department for a tailor-made proposal. Group bookings cannot be separated into FIT bookings.
• It is not permitted to cancel and rebook existing bookings. This offer will not be applied in such cases.
